It looks like the fall 2012 T-Mobile device launch roadmap has leaked. This new roadmap is similar to the one that leaked last year, however, this one gives very specific information regarding smartphone and tablet releases that are set for October and November.
First reported by TmoNews, the roadmap reveals supposed release dates for Android phones, BlackBerry devices, and even tablets. If you're a T-Mobile customer, this roadmap should make you more excited than ever about the fall, especially if you're a Windows 8 fan. Huge things seem to be in store.
Important highlights from the roadmap include:
- The Oct. 24 launch of the BlackBerry Armstrong.
- The possible Oct. 31 release of the LG Optimus L9 and the Huawei Summit, a mystery device.
- The launch on Nov. 9th of the Samsung Toba, a new Samsung tablet.
- Finally, the launch on Nov. 13 of the HTC 8X Windows Phone 8 smartphone. This device could be huge for T-Mobile.
While I wouldn't say anything here could be considered amazing, the roadmap does show us that T-Mobile is getting ready to flood stores with a wide range of devices all across the board. I'm sure many T-Mobile customers will be pleased.
As you may have noticed, the roadmap does not show the Galaxy Note II, which is expected to launch Oct. 24. Not sure why it isn't there, but TmoNews is usually spot on and if it says it's coming Oct. 24, I believe it will.
